moldy roots in soil? solutions?

plants of diff ages all have moldy roots. looks like white hairs forming on the roots ... thought i was overwatering so i slowed my watering down but how do i get rid of it? cause ive transplanted and still seeing the mold... tried a h202 solution and it seemed to work but now its back...

H2O2 is your best bet..you can also use a copper solution "garden safe" is one that comes to mind. I have a powder That I mix w/water..works gr8 when I do need to use it.. do a search for mold control in soil.
