So I found out a way to tame those girls but I don’t know if I can still call it LOW stress training I went pretty all out on them

To anyone needing help securing lst to fabric pots I used plumbers hanging strap it’s metal string and you can cut it to the diameter of your pot and secure it and it has these handy little holes all through it to use for LST

To defoliate or not to defoliate that’s todays question the girls are getting bigger and starting to compete with them selfs for proper penetration with the LED now should I keep using the “leaf tuck” method or would you say it’s about time to thin them out a bit

The girls got a feeding this morning 1000 ml each at around 500ppm they got 1ml per of AN ph perfect G/M/B they got 2ml per L of B52 and the last feeding of voodoo juice at 2ml perL let’s see how they like it

Here we are 48 hours after defoliation and removal of allot of the lst ties I have lots of new nodes now I want them to get a bit taller and stretch out to cover more area I find that ties have been slowing the stretch a bit more than I would like with these girls they are a strange breed they seem to love the training based on the node sites and everything I’m seeing but the lst takes a big toll on these girls ( could be something to do with genetics not having time to stabilize as it’s an accidental cross) so I let them relax for a few days just been bending and guiding the branches where I want them to go for now when they fill out some more I’ll probably add more ties back in
