I just flushed them yesterday and I can't figure out if it's nutrient burn, needs calmag or something else is wrong.

Could be nute burn or your lights being too close although I don't the latter due to the top of your canopy being relatively untouched. What kind of nutes are you using?( So this is an edit I now see your top leaves are def affected,check u don't have your lights too low,what' kind of lights u using? Mh or hps by chance? So use process of elimination
I'd try flushing for a few waterings adding worm castings to soil and cut your feeds in half) as In how much your giving her
I am on my first grow but I experienced something exactly like this and it turned I was giving the recommended dosage on the bottle,we it was ff growbig and I was under the impression it was safe to apply as directed,well I didn't think it through enough to factor in my own personal variables and the effects they can have in combination with your nutes
