Have these plants in 5 gallon buckets have been using advanced nutrients since start. Hydroponic grow in hydroton. Not sure what's causing my leaves to turn yellow and die up top. Lower leaves seem fine. Two of the plants leaves are turning yellow leaves are curling down and their tips are browning.

I could be wrong but normally tips like that are result of nutriant burn , check your PH.
Personally I would flush and feed water for a few days and lower the dose on the nutriants

I agree are you checking ph? Because certain essentials get locked out if this is off....I thought one thing it looked like is a molybdenum deficiency possibly. If you've got any photos in natural lighting?

Natural light photos (or flash) are MUCH better for diagnosis.
You do have bad tip burn, which would mean overfeeding.

What Strain is it?
Is it Indica, Sativa or Hybrid? What percentages?
How Many Plants?
Is it in Vegetative or Flowering Stage?
If in Vegetative Stage... How Long?
If in Flowering Stage... How Long?
Indoor or Outdoor?
Soil or Hydro?
If Hydro, Reservoir size?
If Hydro, Reservoir Temperature?
If Hydro, what type of Medium?
If Hydro, what type of Setup?
If Soil... What is in your Mix?
If Soil... What Size Pot?
Size (Wattage) of Light? How Many?
Is it Air Cooled?
