I have an issue with Powder mildew outside on my plants. about 3 weeks into flowering and probably 3-4 to go. I have 70% NEEM OIL. What is a good dilution mixture. I have heard mixed thoughts about spraying and taste in the buds. Any thoughts from all you experts out there?
