Two white hairs coming out of the calyx could be pre-flowers or actual flower. What's the time on your light cycle? What strain are you growing? Feminized or not? Substrate? Currently feedings? The NPK of your nutes?

Here we love info or we can't answer for you but I suggest getting a book on the subject and love the shit out of it.
