New outdoor grower seeking help

Hi guys,
Thanks for taking a look,

I am new to the outdoor growing scene, I am wondering how much light I should give the baby ( Girl Scout Cookies Auto) before taking her outside? I won't be doing a full guerilla grow I'll be in my back garden.
I have a 125w CFL dual spec light for veg just wondering how long I should do it for?
Also wondering when I should start feeding her nutes?

Any help will be much appreciated

Minimum is fine for the first 3 weeks.

Are you in California?
That cfl 125 will be good for a while and you can put out side now if in California

I'm in the UK so unfortunatley I have to wait atleast a month until she's strong enough to go out and handle to cold world
