Nitrogen toxicity in flowering

I can't imagine that their lineup of nutes is missing one micronutrient. Also, there is probably some copper in your tap water.

And, if indeed the high phosphorus is blocking the uptake of copper, adding more copper won't compensate for it. Lowering the P is the way to tackle that.
I did a full flush on tuesday, but since then i started to see strange symptoms like purple coloring of some petioles and stems, also sugar leaves chlorosis showed on some buds . Is there a possibility that this is phosphorus deficiency rather excess ?
 
If it's a phosphorus deficiency it's being locked out by something else, not because there's not enough phosphorus. I don't have any experience with the canna line of nutes, but I really don't understand the ratios they want you to feed your plants.

I still suggest you roll back your nutes to the last known working version!
