Nutrient burn without adding nutrients?

hi there, growing outdoors in Gaia living soil, no nutrients added asides from the recommended amount of Gaia 4-4-4, a bit of sheep manure and additional worm castings before planting. Been outside for 4 weeks and an additional 4 weeks inside from seed. I was about to start adding 1/4 strength nutrients after the 4 week mark till I noticed some tip burn. Is it possible the roots hit a hot spot in amended soil, or is this not nutrient burn?
thanks for any help in advance

Hello @Jbreezy great garden you have going.
I don't do soil but it looks like the start of a deficiency to me.
Tiny brown on end looks like typical nute burn but the yellow around it makes me think there is something else going on there.
As I said not a soil guy so ill ask an expert before I say something wrong.
@Emilya do you have a minute to look at this girl.
Thank you.
