Odd growth problem

Looking for a diagnosis. Mostly new growth is doing this, one plant more than the other. Not really any clue what it is since this is my first grow. Leaves are bending left to right like lightning bolts, some orange discoloration on larger fan leaves.

They are outdoors and watering/ph is on point... some leaves do look a bit dark but right now im just clueless.
Some compost/hay containing goat/sheep droppings was placed on top of my soil, very minimal amount of droppings but it could be a factor

Looks to me like a N overdose actually. I know it may seem like it needs N but With you saying that some leafs are pretty dark I think that's part of your problem. I think theres too much N
