Odd Smell?

ok about 7-weeks veg in NL strain. happy frog soil all ph and nutes are in line.

24/0 cycle 6 32w t8 floros

My question is that sometimes the smell seems a little off...almost "parsly like" battling thrips right now but i havent seen them recently. this smell mostly occours as the soil is drying out between waterings. am i crazy?

How long do they take to dry out? May be just too wet too long. Or it might be a component of the plant's complex aroma. I dunno for sure - my smeller isn't what it used to be.

lol thank you for the reply....im watering on avg every 3 days as needed only nutes 1 time per week..i thought about over watering but by the time day 3-4 rolls around the soil is definitely dry....they seem healthy which makes me think that im as batshit as a rooster in a hen house but then again i do know for sure when i water them the true smell returns at FULL STRENGTH....
