Past her prime?

This is an afghan bud from an outyside plant, and a friend of mine says to let it go, I say it is past her prime. Any comments from you peeps who actually know? Check out the brown hairs and partially dead leaves.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Probably could tell better from a clearer pic if you have one. Looks like its getting pretty ripe to me i would say that its early before i would say its past its prime. have you leaching the soil or atleast using tap water only? usually if you leach your soil good you will get some yellow leaves toward the end.

Look at the trichomes under a magnifying glass. If they are mostly amber in color, it is time to harvest.

Depends on the color of the trichomes.
