PH pen calibration solution?

Hey hey everyone. Been awhile since I’ve come on here haha.
Got a question for the masses. I got new ph pen and the storage solution wasn’t enough to even touch the probe when I put it all in the lid. It also came with a packet of ph 7.0. Can I add the 7.0 to the cap that has the storage solution (wasn’t enough storage crap) or should I go back to hydro shop and get more solution ASAP?? Thanks. Happy grows

Don't forget to rinse your probe with distilled before taking any reading, and between readings if taking multiples. Blot it dry on a paper/cloth towel.
