Can pistils still be white and cannabis be ready to harvest?

Well I go by the trichomes that are milky with about 10% amber is where I like to harvest at. However that's entirely your preference you can harvest when the trichomes are all milky or even yet some folks like to harvest when the trichomes are clear wit some turning milky.

My ak47 grew new white pistols all over at the end. Hanging/drying turned them red.

The rule I go by on pistols for harvest is curled in and red. If they are white and reaching out they are not ready
