Please Help!!!! Any advice will help!

I jus moved back to IL gotta house now i got more room to grow. But theres a problum, either i get some seed online with a good resitence to mold and low temp cause they will be in the basement, or spend more money to build a wall for them and get dehumidfier.im really not sure. Where im at it be much easier for me to find fox farm here.i had to scrap the other plants i waz doint, but i kept 1 my lil wierd plant 8inches and all leaves still curved but its looking very healthy put hopefuly her on the floor and got on the highway to come back here. So please tell me what i should do

ok.. I am close to you and understand the problem. think about getting a dehumidfier and an electric heating pad for plants.. probably could get it online. also check out that pink foam board for insulation you can get that at any large home improvement center.
