Please help my seedlings are dying!

Hello every one ..

my plants are 15 days since they broke soil... they were doing fine at the beginning outside the closet but as soon as i put them under the lights they started coming down... now they are yellowing and the leaves look sad.

i have them under 3 23watt 6500k(cool) daylight CFL and 1 32w 6500K(cool)CF

the soil i used is miracle grow organic potting mix....i don't know if this was a bad idea...it look like it has sticks inside. is it a good idea to transplant to fox farms light warrior soil?

temps in the closet are usually 80-83 lights on and 75 lights off.

Most likely the mg is too hot. Transplant. And it looks a little over watered

Dont overwater, starting off i used a spray bottle to water. Fox farm ocean forest is what i used its little hot i guess but its legit. How much soil is in the cup, might need transplant but pretty small plant. Dont use nutes for first few weeks, itll burn. One nute I can confidentiality suggest is house and garden root excelurator, works good. Put 20% perlite mixed with soil, make sure ur lights arnt far away or too close. Cfl can be like 2 incu away, make sure a fan is on them.
