Question pruning in Veg

I’m new to indoor growing and I have two plants that are very bushy that look like they may need pruning because the fan leaves are so massive they are shading out the new growth. I have six plants total, four of which are berry white and two are from seeds I found in some amazing purple cannabis I got ahold of. Growing under 2 led 2000w* lights, planted in 3 gal soil pots. The two purple plants are the ones I think they need pruning. So bushy, Looking a strong Indica when comparing them with the berry white. I’m thinking I should cut some fan leaves so that the new growth gets light. How should I go about this?

Looks good. I don’t like to prune but lots of people do. I think you’re safe to remove a few just try not to over do it.

Alright sounds good. Went ahead and trimmed out the bottom fan leaves that weren’t getting much light. When growing outdoor we usually let em do their thing and just trim out dying/yellow leaves.Indoor is different ball game also with the leds I want to make sure everything is on point for good quality harvest. From what I’ve read leds can be tricky .
