Quick question - Moving plants from window to grow room

Hello everyone, I have a question about my plants.
I think the plants is around week 5-6 of flower but not sure.
There are a lot of trichomes on the buds and sugar leaves, a very few of the pistils are turning red, but mostly white pistils.
The daytime in my area is ~10 hours at this time of the year with cloudy weather.
My question is, would I be able to move the plants from the window to the grow room (12 hour light) or would it hurt the plants in some way? I have a 400w hps

Your best to keep it at 10 hours of daylight since that's what it is used to changing that can actually cause it to go in to reveg will not always happen what is a good chance

Okay, so i could put the plants in grow room tomorrow under 10 hours light and 14 hours darkness without hurting them? Or would you have them stay in the window?

You can put them in the chair tomorrow as long as you have it at 10 on 14 off reason for this is if you were to put it at 12 and 12 your plant is going to think that it has started to make it through the winter and into the spring this will cause it to go into Revegg
