Red dots on outer edge of White Widow

Is this normal? It just started. I have a very healthy looking plant about 4 inches tall with a lot of dark green leaves. Today I noticed that the outer edges of the plant have a red looking edge appearing. I use a 45 watt grow lamp with red blue lights. Could that be effecting it or is it supposed to do that? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not feeding it. I did plant it in miracle grow potting soil, that was all I could get here. They didnt have pure soil. Do you think I can still smoke it when its time?

Long way to go yet. Many peeps have had success with MG soil. It's a bit hot for the young ones tho. Should be OK with time.

Yerr just had a look thats what it looks like to me 2. Dont worry yaself @JDK trust me she'll be just fine bud. A few days time shell be back to normal. A week or so and she'll probably NEED a feed so yer just keep calm and soldier on

Added a 600 watt lamp. Plan on burning it 12 hours a day and the 45 watt 12 hours at night. Hopefully that keeps the elec bill down and the plants growing. What do y'all think?
