Hi folks,
I've partially built a cabinet 1.6h 1.2w and .7d meters. The res i built is 30cm high 20cm wide 1.2m long. Everything is built out of melamine.I'm going to use aeroponics and am not sure on the space requirements for the roots.I had planned on using a box 30cm h x 120cm w x 70cm d to enclose the roots and spray system (door panel to monitor roots). Basically this will drain into res below with plant holes in the top of the box. Is 30 cm too short for the roots? It's a big volume for roots but height has me worried.
