Hello @Virandell hope you are well my friend.
There is nothing wrong with PVC. There is tons of it in houses here, supplying water with out any issues.

Thanks alot buddy I found some "food safe" ones and I created my first scrog ^^
The plan been to have it with legs but I decided to build it like that and put it maybe on yo-yo ropes and add on each side medium rock or tie scrog to pot handles so plants will not push it up.
What do you guys think ?

I used to use PVC frame for my SCROG.
Worked great.
I strung heavy "hog wire" ... 4x4 inch wire. I found a problem with twine, or string ... the plants grow INTO it, and sometimes it needs to be cut and repaired.
They won't grow 'into' a wire.

U could just buy dog rate fencing wire and U wouldn't need to frame it
