Seedling soil, where to start

So I received my seeds from the king today and want to do this right, we're in the end of June and heat is at a high right now days are as long as they get . I'm gonna do this outdoor I plan to dig a hole in the yard fill it and plant the germinated seeds once ready. My question is what should my soil mix be? I'm being told by my local hydroponics guy that worm casing and soiless mix 5\1 for soiless is good for three weeks of growth is that the best I can go with I want to make these things beasts and I know the first couple weeks will determine alot about where this plants going to be in 9-10 weeks so any info or tips would be awesome

Hope he see this then cause I'm a day out from starting gonna a soak tonight morning throw seeds in towel and hit up the hydro shop just want the best start I can get ya know thanks tho
