Soilless or Potting Soil for Seedling Move

I'm on my first grow and have been experimenting with different seed starters. I'm at the point that 4 of my seeds have shed there cotyledon leaves and have 2 great sets of true leaves so far.

With that said I plan on moving up a container in the next few days and I'm curious when I move up should I move to a soilless mix for another 2-3 weeks or would it be ok to move right to the potting soil I plan on using during vegetative state.

Here is what I plan on using for my potting soil for vegatative and flowering:

I mix my own blend-
2 parts Pro Mix
1 Part worm castings
1 Part perlite
And i add 1tblspn of FF Marine Cuisine per gal of mix.

Here is what I would use if you think I should stay with the soiless mix:

Seed Starting Mix
1 part sphagnum peat moss (or coir)
1 part perlite
1 part vermiculite

I'm using a 24 watt T5 6400k High output fluorescent bulb right now and would keep either of these two paths and stay with this bulb for three more weeks.

Thanks and look forward to your suggestions.
