Seedlings and rapid start

Seedlings have been poking out of the rock wool a couple days now and I'm wondering when I can start using my rapid start and what strength, I think it said 1ml per 5 gallons and I'm using a 1 gallon jug

I use rapid start and I use 1 ml per gal..and wait till your roots are developed a little bit before you start using it..it makes your roots branch off with whiter roots which helps with nutrient uptake..

Thanks for reply, I've been doing .5 ml per gallon the last 5 waterings and they seem to love it
