Seeds on segregated female

This is my first try at growing from seed. I started 4 seeds, got thru vegetative and started flowering. as soon as i saw the little balls on one plant i removed it from the room...this was very early. now, weeks later i checked one of the females and it has seeds! I don't want seeds! and don't know how i got them? there is no way that male released anything. any ideas?

The male released pollen before you caught it, or one or more of your females hermaphrodited from stress.
