Self pollination!

I've cut my auto but left the bottom two buds cuz there not mature yet there just two little groups of white hairs.. My question is if I hermie it somehow and it self pollinates and I grow the seed will they be fem seeds and also will they take the auto flower genetics??im trying this as we speak so feedback would be good

Hermie plants will produce hermie seeds. There is a technique of letting the plant over ripen to the point where it produces male pollen sacs and can self pollinate, it is a survival mechanism of the plant to continue the species. This is not considered to be a hermaphrodite.
