Slow flowering.

It's day 30 of 12/12 this is bag seed why is it sow slow mabe genetics? It took 14-16 days to show it's first white hair.

How old was it when you put it into 12/12? If it didn't show it's sex till a couple weeks into flowering it probably just wasn't mature enough to flower yet. Most cannabis takes at least 4-6 weeks to reach maturity from seed. I would say that it's only been flowering for a couple weeks, and is doing just fine.
It couldn't technically be considered flowering without showing any signs of flowers.

I started 12/12 at week 3 of veg. The plant is stretching now it look like it's week 2 of flowering.

That seem about right then. It sounds and looks like it is about two weeks into flowering. A clone can flower anytime as it's a cutting of a mature plant. A seed has to reach maturity and can't start flowering till it does, even if it's grown 12/12 from seed
