Some roots feel off during transplant

How long do you think the plant take to recover from some root lost during transplant? I just put them in the air-pot from the smaller regular pot and some of the roots feel with chunks of soil. Also if you have experience with air-pots what's the growing rate using these pots vs regular ones?

I rip roots by accident sometimes when I transplant my clones. They dont take long to recover at all. You should be fine. Never used air-pots before. Hope they work well for you.

I rip some root on purpose when I transplant, (hold-over from transplanting the rose bushes and stuff from home depot) Especially, if they start to look like the roots are circleing back in on itself, I like to gently break some up, to stimulate more root growth, and to get it to grow out into the new soil,,, so unless you ripped the bulk of the roots off,, you should be fine

Look around for a journal by Orangeblood. He uses air pots and can probably let you know what's good with them.
