The smell isn't bad at all honestly. When I started this grow, that was my main concern.

I built a carbon filter for one of my exhausts then a cheap one that I thought would work but didn't so I had to build another.

Before building a filter for my second exhaust the smell was there but even then it wasn't heavy.

When I stick my nose directly in a bud, it's very light.

It also seems like it smells heavier sometimes and not others. Maybe it's temp related??

My girls stink A LOT the warmer it gets. When I went in last night just after lights on, I could barely smell them. My neighbors house always smells like dirt weed...when the wind blows he's probably thinking, man.. I got some dank ass weed

Day 69 - Flowering Day 22

Things are really frosting up Behind the Green Door!! All three plants are extremely healthy and looking really pretty.

Today was just a peek in and make sure they were still there. Jessica is going to be hacked and harvested on Day 30 of flower to make more room for the other two girls.

The stretch is back..all girls are reaching for the light. It's awesome to see.

Thanks for the advice on the fan leaves. Sounds like the garbage disposal is the way to go!!

This is a most amazing time in my grow. Tomorrow night I'm going to shoot them again with the sulpher fungicide just to make sure all is well.

Preventative maintenance we used to call it at the motor pool!!

lookin good, i dont know if u remember me talkin about gettin a fan and all that shit, well i changed my mind and im glad i did, i went to HD and baught this stuff called Natural Magic, its odor absorbing gel, i baught 2 different kinds, one is vanilla and the other kind is brushed cotton and the vanilla shit sucked but the cotton shit got my room smellin like clean clothes, the only time i smell the plants is when the temps are real high in the room other then that i never smell them...shit works good, thats my opinion....but yea ur lookin good over here, good job dude....

well i posted some pics so let me know what ya think...and yea i cant wait for next grow, since i got all this new shit i already know its gonna be a good one,so yea i cant wait for next grow either,like i said on my grow i kinda wanna just start over now but im gonna stick it out with what i got, plus their doin better anyway so we'll see what happens... i cant wait to throw somethin outside too... like i said before u cant go wronge growin outside....

I'd like to try outdoors again. Sadly, I live in a suburb so outside isn't an option. The city actually came out and said no outdoor growing just indoor in accordance with state law. Man how times have changed!

They are packing on the weight..very cool to see huh? GDP is supposed to be an 8 to 9 week strain so I'm guessing I'm harvesting the first week of April.

They are looking on time to me so we'll see. I like this strain a lot. It has been perfect for me. I think I'll be sticking to Indica dominant strains in my current grow situation.

I feel bad cutting down Jess before she's completely ready but I need the room.

This has been an awesome grow experience for me. I'll do SO much better on my next grow...totally!



Edit: I just went back and compared today's bud porn with yesterdays pics and they've packed on noticeable growth since yesterday! I wonder if they'll finish early??

Sure! Won't be much...I'm debating right now whether to let her go or bring her in. I don't really have a place suitable for drying her as I planned to use the box for drying as well.

I'll figure something out....I'm sure.

Hey GF24, I made the same first time growers mistake on a few plants by cutting them a little early. What kind of surfur product are you using?

you could use that cardboard box method, where u cut the holes in the side and run the sting on the top of the box and just hang them inside the box...i dont know just a suggestion....

So If Jessica got trimmed so she was all stem until the top bundles, she would just have the tops to produce and he wouldn't need to worry about her taking up space, mold. Then he doesn't need to cut early and he will have some good tops from her to see what she was made of.

I was going to do that but I was concerned that the temp and humidity would be totally out of whack for proper drying.

That is a distinct possibility. I know she's going to be sweet too. That's why I'm having a hard time considering whacking her down.
