Tent sucking

1.5m x 1.5m x 2m tent

Got a 6" active intake fan with a 8" extract fan tent sucking in fairly bad...will plants be ok. Been on nearly a day and everything seems fine...only option would be to cut another hole and use it as a passive as well?

I think it is fine and only drawback is reduced space if it presses against plants. Maybe some flattened buds on the edge. Negative pressure is good for fresh air and reduced odor if you run a filter from what I remember.

Could you not use the exhaust as the intake and vise versa?

I use extra support bars made out of pvc pipe, I duck tape them to the existing tent poles, this stops the sides sucking in.

Great so doesn't affect the plants with all the suction?

No, negative pressure helps contain smells.make sure you have an air movement fan inside the tent, osolating is best imo, but little clip on fans will do.
