Tim Wright...wrongfully imprisoned

Timothy Wright, well known and liked People's Park regular in Berkeley was arrested last month and is being held 90 days in county jail for 13 grams of bud! All over a bullshit probation violation (which originally involved 32 grams, 4 grams over a ticket!). What a waste of a jail cell!

There is no physical evidence to prove that it was timothy that commited this crime!!!the most saddest thing about this case is that timothy's lawyer informed that he knew that it was not timothy on the photos!!!!! Its cases like this that show us that it can happen to anyone, anyone!!!

Positive thoughts from this side of the screen to the other side of a cold concrete wall. I don't know you but I have been there and I feel your pain. Keep some optimism on the tip of your tongue and use the down time to do something good for someone in there who needs some encouragement. Amazing how much helping someone can help you get through.
