Token expired?

I know this doesn't belong here, but having a hard time navigating.

Every time I read a post and try and go back I get a message that "Your submission can not be accepted because the token has expired" Then it says to use the back button to get where you were, but that just brings up the same message and I have to crash the site to get off.

I have logged off and back on. No joy there.

Haven't been able to get to the forum help, or rather I couldn't find it without getting the message.

Could a mod help me out here, or at least point me in the right direction?

Try clearing your cache, temp files, cookies and reboot.

Also make sure your virus protection is up to date and your browser is running on the latest version as well.
