the one leaf looks like it is drooping over the hydroton. is it doin alright/?

looks fine to me ;] may be turn it round so it tries to reach the light and tips other way straightning it out

It doesn't look bad, but in my opinion your ph is off (probably a bit on the low side). Whenever I see leaf margins begin to turn up like that I take it as the first sign something is a little off. Why did you move it to the hydroton so quick? Switching mediums / transplanting before your root system develops can be harmful. It's definitely possible the transplant caused it to go into shock.
