Unknown problem with Blueberry Haze plant

I have a handful of plants that are 4 weeks into flowering. They have all been trimmed up (lollipopped) and they get nutrient watering every fee days (or until the top soil looks dry - this is to lessen the presence of fungus gnats). One blueberry haze plant started to dry and wilt week 2 into flowering (2 weeks ago) from the base up to about 2/3 of the way up. The top buds look okay still, but the bottome fan leaves and buds are suffering from major drying and upward curling. The ph is around 6.8 but thats the way most of the plants are and none of them are exhibiting the same behavior. The only pests are some fungus gnats here and there which are comtrolled lightly with neem oil sprayed on top soil, and yellow sticky cards. This is the only plant that looks like this. Any suggestions will help.

I dont know how to upload pictures from mobile version if someone can help.
