my (2) seeds r done germinating. and ive put them into small cups and put them under two (23w = 1600 lummens) CFLs. my Qs r should i even b puting the light on them this early in growth? is this enough lumens for the time? i have more bulbs for later.

sounds good to me Dude ...

Just keep an eye on them,
if they start to stretch move the lights closer

If they start to look burnt , move them away a little.

Cfl's won't burn your plant from being too close. The closer the better.

True .. till they grow into the bulb

and at 1/4 - 1 inch a day possible growth ..

keep an eye on them
