Veg from 24 to 18

Hi all
I moved my veg room last night into a bigger area..
How ever it was very late and i forgot to turn the timers off..
they where on 24
but the timer was set for 12/12 so the light shut off
i found this out 3 hours after they shut of//

I just turned them back on ..
And wanted to no
If i could run these 18 now with out putting them into flowering or hurt the plant ..

it wont hurt... just keep the lights on 24 hrs again

Yes you'd be fine switching to 18/6.

Good thing i cand drop down to 18

this room is getting very hot i need to figure out a way to cool it..

putting in some inline duct blowers as we speak
