Viewing glass in your small indoor grow room

Does anyone use a build in window or glass to view their basement indoor grow, so as not to open up the area and release co2 and effect temp and humidity?

I don't have a basement grow but my grow tent has 2 plastic windows in it to look through with Velcro flaps to close them
