wanting to try scrog

i want to try scrog on my next grow when should i put the screen over the plant do i pull the new groth through in veg or flower or both i cant find alot about it here or maybe i am looking in the wrong place

Probably find more info about Scrog(ing) in peoples journals, then with the general info. Been following Munki for quite some time. You might find his journal helpful.

I would start to use the screen when your plants start to get lanky and tall or bushy. I am going to try SCROG on my next grow. One thing I haven't seen a lot in scrog grows use is an adjustable heigh setting for the screen. Im going to use the screen as soon as I can to promote internodal bud growth so when I flower there will be a lot of budding areas close to the light.
