Watering question

I have to go out of town for 4 days. I have 3 plants that are in 1 gallon pots in FFOF soil. I also have a tray that they sit in that catches the excess water. What can i do to make sure that my plants dont dry out over the long weekend? Also, would raising the light up also help the soil to not dry out as fast? Any advice is welcome. thanks.

Get something like this, but if you flush before leaving you will probably be fine, considering they're only 1 gal pots.

Thanks for the info. I just checked out their website and that seems easy enough.
