What can i do to get my plants to grow better

im a first time grower and my plants been stuck at the same height for 3 to 4 weeks now there only 4 to 5 inches tall

i have 4 in a fish tank the tank is probably about 18 inches long and about 6 inches wide and i just water them is all

The nutrients are mainly grow nutrients and flowering nutrients.
As you are in vegetative phase grownutrients is what you need, they are high in nitrogene. Youll find them in every growshop.
Remember to start them out with 1/4 of recomended dose and gradualy increase it to full dose.
