What lights to go with

My grow space is 4'w x 5't x 2'd i want to grow 4 plants I have everything ready but lights... any ideas?

I have a similar size box.
I started with a 4' x 6 bulb T5HO fixture. Not much heat.

I now have a 400W HPS for flowering in the box.
Not sure if I will get a Mh bulb for my next grow (veg) or put the T5 back in.

I use cfl's on the sides/corners in both configurations

I would go with an air cooled 600w HPS. That way you wont have to worry about heat, and you wont feel the need to upgrade in 6 months either.

Hi Mj,

I would like to recommend the Litro bulbs. Similar to the T5's with not to much heat but a similar spectrum to the sun. You can see in my journal the production. I can say if you have the ability to mitigate heat that the 600w will do the job but limit the vertical growth. Happy Growing no matter what you chose.
