What's wrong with it?

so this plant is about 1 month old. I don't know whats wrong with it. it seemed as if it had a stunted growth & skipped vegetative stage & moved straight to flowering stage. It is very short & the leaves are growing weird & not right the bottom branches have 3 leaves on them the top branches are growing 1 leaf can someone explain?

Well it's a bit difficult to see from that picture, but the first thing I can see is that the leaves are doing their best to point upwards. They are craving some light.

Where are you growing her. Indoors or outdoors?
If indoors, what light and what schedule are you using?
What medium are you using. Soil or hydro?

it's outdoor, 12 & 12 it fully gets sunlight throughout the day. i mean all day long. so i don't think light is the issue & it's an organic soil the

It's possible it's just a mutant plant. Once in a blue moon a plant will just grow deformed from the start. Some grow out of it- some never do. I'm sure there are better explanations than this for why they are deformed. I'm just saying it may not be an environmental factor (?)
