What's wrong with my plant?

Can somebody tell me why the top of my plant looks perfectly fine and healthy but the bottom of it is very droopy almost dead.

To much water or to lil water be my guess but with out more info hard to say.

pH levels? Temperature? Do you have a fan on? And howuch nutrients and how often do you water. I'm not a professional grower but I know a thing or two if I can help.
