When to feeds nutes to my seedlings??

I have 8 day old seedlings in rockwool cubes in no contact with soil. the leaves on both plants look slighty pale green and im thinking that it is lacking in the basic nutes potting soil provides. should i make a super weak feeding solution ????? please help

Feed them asap. I believe the PH range for hydro is 5.5 - 6.5 A diluted nutes solution 250-350 PPM should suffice for the first feeding. If placed in soil this isn't really necessary at this point being that the soil should have 2-3 weeks worth of nutes already in it. Post a pic if you can.
