Why does my Sativa dominant plant look extremely Indica?

hey all! so i've been growing a Strawberry Cheesecake (70% indica) right next to a Sativa Des Rois (AK-47 pheno, 75% sativa) about day 50 from seed. And the AK pheno looks insaneeeely indica. Like prehistoric indica haha. On the other hand, the strawberry cheesecake looks as expected, like a cheese hybrid.

I'm wondering, what causes a plant that should have saliva characteristics to have indica traits? & vice virsa?

Was the strain not stabilized enough? Do the breeders have many phenos they designate to one strain? how does it all go?

Second year growing. Just wanna learn :blunt: thanks guys!

I think is common that a plant has different phenotypes... at least 2 I guess. I bet a 100% sativa will never look like an indica. But this is from the top of my head. Haven't read much on breeding and others. Still getting used to growing lol.
