will this be enough

I got 2 plant both about 9 days old and they are startin to get more and more leaves and i wanna maximize the amount of but i'm getti off of them i'm gonna use lst but i was wonderin is this enough
1 70watt hps & 1 100watt hps(for flowerin)

3 27watt cfls that put out 90 watts
a 65watt flourex flood that puts out 500 watts
and a 100watt flourex that puts out 1000watts
