this is my first grow and i'm growin in doors with a 150 watt flourex floodlight. should i go to a 400 watt and how much will it cost if i'm 12/12

i dont think flood lights work and depending on your grow room yeah the bigger light is better.. and what are u askin about the 12/12

they aren't floods there are the compact flouros called flourex

ok cool be carful with alm foil try not to get any bends in it that will make hot spots
