Yellow leaves and determining my plant's sex

Hi guys I hate to do this but I'm worried my plants might die I have a wee little problem with leaves turning yellow and falling off I think it might me (N) problem I fed them 2 days ago I'm seeing little improvement and when can I start seeing signs of sex I switched to flowering about a week ago after leaving them in darkness for 2 days

I'll take a crack at trying to help you but first I'll need to know what strain it is that you're growing.

Are all the leaves turning yellow or just a few?

You should be able to tell if they're male or female about 2 weeks after switching your light to 12/12.If they're male you'll see little balls (pollen sacs) growing along the main stem I believe,it's been awhile since I had a male plant show up.As soon as you see those pollen sacs chop that plant down or move it to a different room if you want to keep the pollen and cross breed your own.

I've only been growing weed for 2 years so I have a lot to learn.

Yellow leaves usually don't green up after a feeding so look for less yellowing in green growth vs. greening of yellowing leaves as a sign of improvement. Also, a little yellowing on the bottom of a plant is totally normal.
