Happier plants anyone?

Ok here's the info. I had 15 plants under 1400 watt hps. Since I moved they went 3 days with a regular room fixture with the electric in the new place and missed a feeding. They're under just the 400 now n they look happily but they dont seem to be growing at the same rate(1 or 2 per day) this last week or so. Any tips to get my ladies perky again? Thanks in advance.

you answered your own question. ....you took away more than half the light....of coarse they will grow slower now.....get another light..problem solved...

Changed the bulb to my 1000, new grow already .
