hempy airpots?

I love growing hempy style, and I love what I see with the airpots. I know it's physically possible, but would it make sense to put a reservoir at the bottom of airpot to try and get the best of both worlds? Or does this cause weird complications?

I saw a thread where someone lined the pot with landscaping material
to leave an air gap between the root-ball and side.
I may try this with my mothers.

I may have to look into that. I just want to max out what the hempy can do

the air pot would need to be in a hempy bucket to allow the water to build up and get absorbed and gradually run out and leave the required 2" at the bottom

no reason it wouldnt work
